This day trip from Milan to St. Moritz and then on the Bernina Express to Tirano was very disappointing. The total duration was around 11 hours, with more than 5.5 hours spent on the bus, which is far too much for a one-day tour. In St. Moritz, we had only 1 hour and 45 minutes of free time, which is insufficient to properly explore the town. Throughout the entire trip, the tour guide Marina did not create a warm or welcoming atmosphere. In Tirano, we were told in advance that we would have free time, but this never happened. Upon arrival, we were immediately directed straight to the bus and had to leave for Milan right away. There was no opportunity to use the restroom, walk around, or enjoy the town at all. Additionally, the photos on Booking.com are misleading. The tour does not go over the famous viaduct shown in the pictures. Instead, you pass the Brusio Spiral Viaduct (Kreisviadukt von Brusio), which is not the same viaduct as advertised and far less special than what is shown. That said, the nature and scenery along the route were absolutely stunning and truly the highlight of the trip. Overall, there was too much time spent sitting on the bus and far too little time at the actual destinations, combined with misleading advertising and poor organization. I would not recommend this tour.

Pleasant and organized. This tour was an excellent way to get out and explore the Tuscany region. With multiple stops, beautiful views, and kind service, it was worth it! Let them do the driving for you! Be prepared to walk, as with most tours in and out of Rome! Older folks should know there are steep inclines, so be prepared. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because of my own personal flavor profile. I thought the Pici pasta and wine tasting portion was just OK. The food was cooked for the masses, not for individual or as if you are family. Overall, good trip and would recommend if you want a true ALL DAY tour.
