I and my family visited Mexico — Cancun and Riviera Maya — in November (2025), and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. One of the highlights of our trip was the tour we booked with Ocean Tours Mexico. The tour included Cenote, swimming with turtles, and visiting Tulum, and all three locations were truly breathtaking. Each stop felt special in its own way, and everything was very well organized and smooth from start to finish. We learned so much, enjoyed every moment, and felt taken care of the entire time. Booked through our Air Canada rep at the hotel, the day-trip tinerary for the Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal, and Cenote was the perfect itinerary on a sunny Sunday (tip: no Tulum site entry taxes on Sundays). Our host Luis guided our tour group (small group of 10 ranging in age from 4 to 75) through a seamless day, no small challenge, and we were especially appreciative of his attentiveness to our Grandmother with her walking poles. Tulum didn't disappoint, but the cenote was the dark horse of this itinerary: it was everyone's favourite stop. And we really appreciated the addition of Toni, a professional photographer, to our group: with the proper equipment, his photos of the snorkeling in particular were amazing. Our experience with Ocean Tours was great thanks to these two, we'd absolutely book again!

I had an incredible experience exploring Tulum with Max as our guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire day feel effortless and enjoyable. The visit to the Tulum ruins was especially memorable—Max explained the history clearly and brought the ancient site to life with stories and insights I would’ve never known on my own. The ocean activities were the highlight. We went sea diving where I got to swim alongside beautiful sea green turtles—an unforgettable moment. The cave diving was equally amazing, with crystal-clear water and breathtaking underground formations. Max guided us safely through everything and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Tulum. Highly recommend booking with Max if you want a professional, fun, and truly special tour.

We had a great time! Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Our guide, Vanessa, was the best. She took time to explain what we would see and experience. She assisted those who had limitations and concerns, so that they also had a great time. We saw several turtles and fish while snorkeling, the cenote' was fantastic. Like you were in another world. I truly consider this the best excursion I have ever experienced and that's saying a lot.
