Had the misfortune of having an accident with one of their lorries. George Mullins took full responsibility and said he would look after everything. I then spent weeks ringing his office to which he was never there when I called. Never bothered to return a call. This man has no word. After 14 weeks waiting for him to send the proper paperwork eventually got sorted no thanks to this company. If anybody is in the same situation make sure to notify Gardai because George Mullins won’t answer the phone or return a call. Again this man has NO WORD!!
Had arranged a date for my horse to be collected, they took her two days early with no contact just showed up at the yard, couldn't get hold of the company at all, no number for the driver. Was left in the dark not knowing where my horse was for more than a day!! When they eventually picked up the phone the man on the other end said oh well that shouldn't have happened when i relayed said incident. Absolutely it shouldn't have???!!! How did it?? On drop off in the UK again arrange a time, driver shows up almost 2hrs early expecting me to be there in 10 minutes to grab her (I live 20 minutes away) Unloaded her on the road without knowing which exact house it was, shoved her into my hands along with her gear and ran off Wouldn't use again, terrible experience with no acknowledgement from the company
George Mullins transport delivered a young just weaned foal for me from Ireland to Wales. They took great care of her and she arrived here nicely relaxed and very calm and happy with no post travelling issues. The lorry was immaculate and the drivers were really helpful too. I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
