We had the most amazing time with Jeremy, it was one of the best things we did whilst in Finland. He was very flexible and supportive when we made certain requests. He gave us so much information about Roviniemi and the ice fishing. He also made it very enjoyable, we were all laughing the entire time. I cannot recommend this tour enough, specifically with him as he made it so enjoyable and a once in a lifetime experience.

It was an amazing night and we saw the lights the whole night! Our tour guide Jeremy was great and flexible, pivoting quickly to find spots to view the lights, everywhere! He was also super friendly and accommodating to my kids even though the tour we chose is not the “family friendly version” one, since we wanted to focus on being able to view the lights! He specially prepared a toy companion for them, marshmallows for them for the campfire, and even going above and beyond and sending us all the way back to our resort! Great experience and highly recommend!

First of all, we were warmly and genuinely welcomed by the staff. We were incredibly lucky to take part in this experience as part of a very small group, just two participants, a friend and myself, alongside our guide Patrik and his colleague Lola. This created a very special, almost private atmosphere, which truly enhanced the entire experience. The staff was amazing throughout the session: friendly, passionate and attentive. Patrik was not only very knowledgeable about Riisitunturi National Park, but also a professional photographer, which added a whole new dimension to the visit. His personal anecdotes and help in capturing unforgettable moments, along with Lola’s kindness and positive energy, made the experience even more meaningful. Despite our excellent English skills (as French people 😄), communication was smooth and we connected very easily. We learned a lot about the park’s trees and nature, and the hike was done at a comfortable and well-paced rhythm. We truly experienced an exceptional day: perfect weather, perfect snow conditions, and I can honestly say this is probably the most beautiful place I have ever seen on this planet.

Huge thanks to our guide, Carla! We joined the Ski Trekking Tour as a pair traveling from Japan, and it became one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Rovaniemi. Our group had six participants plus our guide, Carla, and she made the experience truly unforgettable. After meeting at the center, we drove about 30 minutes to a beautiful forest area. From there, we put on our skis and spent around 1–2 hours trekking through the silent, snow-filled woods. Carla explained the local nature, trees, and Finnish culture along the way, and she was incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to. Thanks to her, the tour felt both adventurous and relaxing at the same time. After the trek, we gathered around a fire, enjoyed hot chocolate, and grilled sausages to make hot dogs. It was the perfect way to warm up and end the experience. Overall, this tour was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended — 10/10!

We had a wonderful experience snowmobiling. Jeremy our guide was very enthusiasm, and seems like having a lot of fun in what he does. I almost did not book this experience because of some bad reviews I've seen online. He did a fantastic job. THANKS JEREMY for making our experience extra special. Highly recommended.
