Bus left the station square right on dot, and arrived to Kutaisi Airport even earlier than what ticket said. Fact that it was night bus, took it at 22:30 so therefore we got no traffic no hassle and arrived there at 2:00AM. Had a 20min break in the mid journey too tho! Seats were comfortable, and bus was clean! Madloba🌟

I traveled by bus with this company, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. The space between seats was so small that even sitting at a 90-degree angle was difficult, let alone trying to open a laptop. The front seat reclined so far back that the already minimal legroom completely disappeared. It felt like the bus was designed for mannequins, not people. Definitely not recommended for anyone who values basic comfort during a trip.

On the way from the airport, the bus left an hour late and made several unannounced stops where nobody got off. We waited 40 minutes at a station and later even on the roadside. However, the return bus at 11 p.m. left the station on time and arrived almost an hour early. Prices are fair, and the bus has Wi-Fi

I have used this company few times and my family quite a lot. It’s already second incident during my history. First time the driver smoked a cigarette in the bus. Second time my aunt had a situation when the flight was delayed by 1.5 days and I contacted the company, Georgian bus told me that she could use the same ticket and the bus would be waiting the new flight, but when the aunt arrived the company said that there is no bus and she had to wait 6-7 hours. That’s the kind of irresponsibility I can’t tolerate anymore. Of course, the company gave the ticket price back, but it doesn’t mean anything as people may have their plans. I would suggest the concurrent company as with them neither me or members of my family had any such accidents
