We used Positano transfer to take us from the airport in Naples to our hotel in Positano and then back up to Naples a few days later. Our driver, Nello, was amazing! He was very kind and incredibly accommodating, and even found us when we got lost outside of Pompeii! It was a great experience and we really appreciate everything he did for us. We would highly recommend them.

We had Francesco as our driver on the way into Positano and he was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable pointing out geographical landmarks on the way into Positano. He was promptly on time, friendly, and overall heightened our experience coming into Positano! Nello picked us up on the way out of Positano and he was also early, drove so smoothly back up the mountain and was so personable and friendly! I cannot recommend this service or these two drivers enough. FIVE STARS! 🤩🤩

We love Verdiana at Positano Transfer! She is so pleasant and professional. We used their services on a trip to Positano a couple of years ago and had the BEST experience. Our driver, Luigi, was amazing. He’s an expert driver - very safe and very kind as well. We were fortunate enough to ride with him last visit and were pleased to see that he would drive us again on this trip! He picked us up at Napoli Centrale and drove us to Pompeii for a day trip from Rome. Anyone who drives as well as he does in the crazy Naples traffic deserves a medal! :) Verdiana also helped us to line up a private tour guide in Pompeii - her name is Lucia and she was fabulous! Luigi drove us to the site and handed us right off to her. She was so knowledgeable and friendly! We had a 2.5 year old grandson with us and he usually is shy of strangers, but he was calling her name and and she became his friend during the 2 hour tour. It was fun to see him chasing after her and asking for her. :) At the end of the tour, she delivered us to Luigi again. He helped us to navigate the exit and even found us a restroom down the street that didn’t have a long wait - important to a family traveling with a toddler! He drove us safely back to our favorite pizza joint in Naples and we were sad to part ways. I wish he could have had a pizza and a beer with us! Such a good guy! Additionally, earlier in our trip we experienced a problem when some protesters blocked the road to Venice. I sent a text to Verdiana and asked her if she knew anyone who could help and she had an acquaintance in the North who might be able to help. She really went out of her way to help. 200% recommend this group of people! Fantastic! Lucia in the photo holding our grandson! Luigi in the photo from our previous trip - stopping with us at his favorite roadside granita place!

My wife and I used Positano Transfer from Naples to Pompeii to Positano, then on our way back from Positano to Naples. Giuseppe was a phenomenal driver, attentive to my wife getting nervous on the winding roads near the coast, and was very communicative during the whole trip. On our way back, we had Giuseppe C. (different driver!) pick us up near our hotel. Giuseppe C. spoke English very well and did his best to give us an impromptu guided tour on the way to Naples. Highly recommend this transfer service, the admin team is very communicative, making sure that we would be able to meet our drivers at easy pick up spots, giving my wife and I peace of mind for our first trip to Europe.
