Very nice way to trip to Paris. It’s pretty busy but reliable. You will get headphones and guide a tour in various languages. The recordings are very timely which was surprisingly nice. It’s a hop on hop off way of travelling and entirely recommended. I will do it again.
I have now used The Big Bus in Dublin and Paris, and they were fantastic! Clean buses, interesting commentary, and convenient stops near the attractions around the city. There were people dressed in burgundy jackets at each stop who sold tickets and kept the line organized so that those who arrived first got to board first. In Paris we bought our tickets the day before on the app, which was nice because we then didn’t have to keep track of paper tickets. The app was really easy to use.
An essential on a trip to Paris - first, second or even first time. Get a good orientation to layout and of course some history and interesting facts. Staff very helpful. Next time probably get a 48 hour ticket because of the additional pop on-pop off aspects....it turns out, if you can and willing you could walk to these various places, but then not much time to really enjoy the culture and people- watching.
