We both ordered the whale safari at the Puerto Piràmide and the penguin trip to Punta Tombo. Both times our guide was very good he new a lot of things and talked fluently English, Spanish and French. We got to se whales very close from the boat and we also got to se sea lions, Elephant seals, penguins, dolphins and orcas. If you are in Purto Madryn this is the agency you would want to book you trip through. Also they were very helpful with payment and did everything so that we only needed to enjoy our trip. 10/10 from the Danish tourist.

We did see a mother and calf, but after doing boat trips around the world, I do not feel like this company really cared about our experience. The weather was not the best at the time booked, and despite checking in early, we were only told when it came to getting on board that if we wanted to change days, we could, and at this point it felt too last minute. The crew were great however predominantly spoke Spanish, and whilst they made an effort to translate certain bits, a lot of information was left out. As noted, we did see a whale, but after cruising out for 30 minutes, once we’d seen them briefly, we turned around straight away, despite being sold a trip that was usually around 1hr30mins. In my other experiences, even following a sighting, the company has made an effort to see more, especially if it falls within the time frame noted. I was lucky that the whale appeared on my side of the boat, because it was very busy and had I been the other side, I would not have had a good sighting. I felt that given the money paid, they felt it was ok once checked off to turn around rather than giving us any opportunity to see more which left me disappointed. Especially when you can see so much from the coast in the area, it didn’t feel worth it. I know it’s down to luck and obviously amazing to see anything, but didn’t feel genuine. If they turned back early because of the weather, they should have just cancelled it in the first place.

Breathtaking whale watch - so good we ended up going twice. Bottazzi were fantastic - very quick to respond when we needed to change our sailing time, super friendly and able to provide guides that spoke both English and Spanish both times. A must do trip!

Mimi and Gonçalo were great. We went to Peninsula Valdes and we saw lots of different animals with a great discrimination from our guide Mimi. Then, the boat tour was really amazing and we were so lucky to see so many whales and sea lions. What an experience! Highly recommend

Beautiful experience in Peninsula Valdes, it takes you the whole day to do the tour, from early pick up at your hotel to return. It takes about an hour and half to go from Puerto Madryn to Peninsula Valdes (where all the animals are). A large variety of animal and amazingly well preserved environment. You will see whales, orcas, sea lions, sea elephants and many more on the field. A great experience and probably the main reason to come to Puerto Madryn.
