From April to September, the tour extends to our picturesque farm, where you will be greeted by our adorable calves, adding a touch of countryside charm to your visit. For those with limited time, the Cheesemakers Tasting begins at 10:30 AM and focuses on the final stages of the process. Our master cheesemakers, Silvia and Maurizio, provide an in-depth explanation inside the cheese production rooms. You will observe the cutting of a full cheese wheel, followed by a delicious tasting of different Parmigiano varieties. This option is perfect for guests who want to understand the nuances of aging and flavor profiles without the early morning start.

We toured the place with a guide who drove us there. Got to see the cows, and part of the cheese making process. You do get to try the parmigiano along with some bubbles. Afterwards you can buy some cheese!

This is the best cheese tour I've ever has the pleasure of taking! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, and was quick to explain details if asked. Tasting the finished product was amazing! I have never had better parmigiano reggiano in my life, and it's my favorite cheese so I've had a lot of it. I enjoyed getting to see the cows too. All in all, this is the best cheese tour you will ever find.

We've toured many cheese facilities on our travels, but this is BY FAR the best we've experienced!!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, with an insight and intelligence rarely found! They answered any questions we had and gave information about the entire process in detail. And the parm, wow, just spectacular! I love that they are a smaller farm and they have their own cows. If you are looking around at all the parm tours thinking which one should you do, look no farther. This is the BEST cheese tour anywhere in the world!!!!
