My mom has bought a bracelet here & immediately I noticed a hole in it. As we live over two hours away we were unable to return immediately however after one additional wear the bracelet collapsed. Decent metal would not have done this. Having traveled up to return the bracelet I was met with an abrasive Adam who I felt uncomfortable with so I called my mom to speak to him. He handed the phone back after telling her she gave it a ‘hammering’ which she did not, I told him I can’t leave until this is resolved and he called the guards and I’m awaiting them as we speak in store.
