Did the tour today to learn how they use unsold bread to make gin…very impressive small business set-up and the gin itself is as good as any top quality gin. Learned a lot about the process and ended with some tastings, I went determined not to buy anything but did accidentally buy a bottle Amoncillo. Hate when that happens!
My family is visiting from out of town and we had a wonderful tour and tasting of Dunedin Craft Distillers. We've been on other distillery tours before and this was the most through and enjoyable tour we've gone on. It's clear the distillers are very passionate about their craft. We all learned a lot and the tour was very personalized and fascinating experience. The tasting was delicious and we took a bottle home at the end. I would take visitors on to this distillery again.
