We took the tour to colombio, el cielo and el cielito. The nature was beautiful but I wouldn't recommend the tour. The equipment was not good. Snorkeling googles were broken, there weren't enough lifevests for our kids eventhough the company knew the number and ages beforehand. First and foremost the waiting times were inacceptable. We got to the meeting point at 7.30am and the actual tour stated at 10.30. The tour ended around 2pm. The ferry left at 4.30pm, arrived at 5.15pm and we had to wait almost an hour for our pick-up back to the hotel.
The experience with Cozemel Experts was excellent! The service was professional, the crew was fun, the snorkeling was amazing! They took us to see turtles, starfish, and stingrays. A one point we were standing in water waist deep and there were stingrays swimming all around our feet. I had to put on my goggles just to watch them swim all around us. Our crew Nas, Freddy, and Pedro were excellent, keeping us safe and making our experience fun! It was an amazing time!
I am so fall in love in this amazing island Cozumel 😍😍😍🙌🏽 it was amazing experience with Cozumel.experts , first part of excursion was so good with snorkelling and also we discover island on the baggies , after we had too tasty lunch 🥹 meet , guacamole , tortillas , drinks and Mexican quality food , so I really enjoyed , thank u guys , and the second part of excursion was water part on the boat , boat was so fast and comfortable , and after we find good spot where we stopped and start snorkelling again , I saw the most big stars what I saw in my life 🫢 but people please do not touch it !!!! this stars unique just watch on them and that’s enough , the most fav part for me was so fresh ceviche in water , I will not tell details u just need try it 😅😅😅 best best best
