This place is really amazing. We were there when the water was low and there is a lot of work being done, but it is still an incredible experience. We saw bats, coati, all kinds of bird and lizards. Very cool place. We did this as part of an ATV tour, but if you have a rental and try to get there, be sure to have 4 wheel drive and be cautious if it has been raining recently.

I book this excursion through the cruise line. Staff is very kind and friendly. They ensure we are doing okay throughout the ride and provided ice cold bottle of water. However, I paid for the pictures that were taken throughout the adventure and I still haven’t received them digitally. I am unable to contact them to let them know I haven’t received them. I paid 50 USD for all photos taken. I just want the pictures I paid for. So, if someone could help me get the photos I’d greatly appreciate it.

We booked through our cruise. We had a great time. We rode the ATVs, some parts are bumpy but it’s fine. We had a blast! Our tour guides were great! Gabriel and Jose, very knowledgeable and friendly! I recommend!

This place is simply incredible! The cost is well worth it as you get to go into this cave and then you can tour the little town with all the shops. The cave is magical. You can jump in the water, but we chose not to because we didn't want to swim in bat poop, but we watched others do it. The bats are so cute too! I highly recommend this to everyone!

Pretty cool cavern with a lot of bats. You can jump in if you would like, but it does smell a little bit of sulfur. I recommend taking a Jeep tour, but there were people on ATV's, so I think that would have been a bit more fun. I'm giving it 4 stars due to being a bumpy ride to get there and not having clear water. We got lucky with our Jeep tour guide, Rocky, because he was very friendly and informative. 🦎
