We just want to say a huge thank you to Rosanna and Pasquale for giving us the best cooking class experience we have ever had. It was intimate, with just my husband and me, and it was fun as well as truly educational. The ingredients were exceptional and all sourced from their own farm. The ricotta-filled ravioli was honestly the best pasta we have ever tasted. The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. We enjoyed our meal outside in their peaceful garden with a glass of home made wine, surrounded by nature and the produce growing around us. It showed us how life can be at its best and inspired us to take away not only new skills and appreciation from those few hours, but also the motivation to make a positive change in how we cook and live. My time at the La Vigna degli Dei gnocchi cooking class was absolutely delightful from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed into the warm, family-run environment of the family — it truly felt like being invited into someone’s home rather than just a workshop. Our instructor, Pasquale, was super friendly and funny — his good humour genuinely set the tone for the whole experience. He guided us through everything with ease, shared stories about the farm and family traditions, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. The class itself was hands-on and fun: we got a cup of welcome wine, strolled through the garden and cellar picking fresh ingredients, then got our hands in the dough to make gnocchi (and other pasta if you like) from scratch. Everything we made tasted incredible — fresh, authentic and full of love. Finished with homemade tiramisu and limoncello that was incredible as well.
We had an incredible experience at La Vigna! Our visit began with meeting Lolita, the dairy cow, followed by a hands-on session making homemade gnocchi. Next, we crafted fresh mozzarella using Lolita’s milk while learning about the art of cheesemaking. To end the day, we savored delicious homemade tiramisu and limoncello. You must visit if you're looking for authentic cooking! Great hospitality and company.
La Vigna Degli Dei was a highlight of our trip! A charming farm with delicious, organic and homemade food and wine, we came here for dinner and did one of their pasta classes. We also stayed in one of their accommodations. Rosanna and Pasquale are incredible hosts and cooks. They made us feel at home and created such a memorable experience for us, we are forever thankful. If you are wanting to do a pasta class on the Amalfi Coast you must come here! It was fun, informative, and affordable. Overall, this is a special place with so much to offer. We cannot wait to come back!
I was visiting Agerola traveling alone, I happened to walk by this beautiful property and was very curious. I asked my hosts at my Airbnb Teresa and Francisco if they could inquire about me having dinner there. They spoke to the owners and arranged a 7:00 dinner reservation. Rosanna and Pasquale were absolutely lovely so kind and welcoming, they do cooking classes I wish I had found them earlier in my trip because I definitely would have done that. The food was amazing everything was perfect organic wine delicious and so reasonably priced. I will definitely visit them again. Thank you for such a lovely dinner.
