Group of 8 adults, can't recommend this activity enough...such fun, exuberant and passionate people, giving us an extremely educational and most fulfilling 4-hours, surrounded by a gorgeous setting overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea! From the gentlemen who first met us, to those who transported us to and from the garden, throughout the entire time, they made us feel like family! Never have we enjoyed cooking so much! Thank you Lou, Chef Fabio, Chef Nicoli and all the staff who made our recent visit such a memorable experience and such a special time!!!
By far one of the best experiences we've had! We visited the place to learn how to make traditional pizza. First, a van took us to the location where our class would begin. We started with a tour of the garden, followed by our lesson, held in a well-maintained, clean space with a beautiful sea view. During the class, all the team members were amazing,they explained each step in detail. At the end, we all had the chance to taste our creations, receive our "certificates," and of course, enjoy a glass of limoncello! A big bravo to the team for their positive energy, great attitude, and sense of humor, which made the whole experience even better.
My partner and I had the most amazing experience during this cooking class. We learned about the gardens and the fruit and vegetables that are grown in this region. Then we were introduced to the chefs who made the cooking class so exciting and inviting. We worked with a small group to create a bunch of incredible dishes and then finished off with a gnocchi recipe. We had so much fun and learned a ton about the culture and food of Amalfi. Highly recommend to anyone traveling here!!
My wife and I did a cooking class at Woffie Heaven Gardens and it was one of the highlights of our trip! We were paired with a friendly couple from Texas, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly fun, engaging, and made everyone feel comfortable right away. We learned so much about Italian cooking techniques and local ingredients while laughing, sipping great wine, and making some truly delicious dishes. The whole experience felt warm, authentic, and full of personality — exactly what you hope for in a hands-on class like this. The setting itself is beautiful and peaceful, adding to the charm of the day. By the end, we were all smiling, full, and grateful for such a memorable time. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area — it’s the perfect mix of food, culture, and fun!
We were fortunate to have a really fun and outgoing group of strangers for our class. Our host, Ugo, was funny, talented, and brilliant with near perfect English. The head chef, Alessandro, guided us all to achieve a delicious meal, and his sous-chef, Angelo, added to an incredible event. All three went above and beyond. The course was fun, easy, and delicious. The views are just spectacular, and the tour of the gardens was an amazing demonstration of the sweetness and size of the produce. I wouldn’t have missed this for the world and I’ve never enjoyed a (nearly) vegetarian meal so much in my entire life. Thank you guys for an excellent afternoon!
