Cannot imagine having done this trek without the help of Alba and her team. Unexpected weather forced us to change our itinerary throughout the trek. Alba was always available, incredibly responsive, and helped us figure out what our routes would be daily given the weather conditions made several sections impassable. She also arranged all the transfers and huts which made logistics so much easier. 10/10 would recommend Balkan N Adventures!!

We went on a 8 day hike peak of the balkan- we did not see this option on the site and they arranged it especially for us. The company was super helpful and flexible due to different and difficult weather conditions. Everything was so organised, we got an app that had our itinerary and all the gps maps we need. We just came back from the 10-day peaks of the Balkan (self-guided) and we had such a wonderful experience. We want to give a special thank you to Vesa for helping us organize everything. From the transport and luggage transfers, information about the trails, gpx files and guesthouse bookings, it was all perfectly arranged, and communication was always fast and super friendly. The guesthouses were all very good and welcoming, and the Balkan Natural Adventure app was super handy to have along the way. I especially loved the hike to Gjeravica Peak in Kosovo and the ridge hike in Montenegro. They were both absolutely among my top 3 favorite hikes of this trip and it was great that they were included instead of the more "boring" parts around Plav, even though they are not part of the original Balkan Trail. Thanks again for making this trip so smooth and unforgettable. We really enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend everyone to book with BN adventure!

I went on the 10-Day Peaks of the Balkans hike and WOW! What an adventure! Our guides Alb and Niko were so fun and knowledgeable. We saw the most amazing sights and learned about the history of the region. I highly recommend this tour if you love hiking in remote areas with all sorts of weather and terrain. There was one day where I got sick and Niko and Alb took great care of me, booking a transfer so I could rest. It was a God-send to have someone who spoke the language there to help me. We truly had the best guides - I will never forget this trip.
