Hanna is a brilliant instructor. Having shot a good amount, I was taking my 15 year old son for his first shooting experience. Hanna gave very clear gun safety instruction and a lot of help with gun fitting, position and guidance on how to hit a clay, whilst making it a lot of fun. My son loved it! There were very good skeet varieties that presented challenges for any level. Along with good refreshment facilities I would highly recommend Graythwaite Adventures for Clay shooting and will return if we get back up to the Lake District.
We had a fantastic experience doing archery and off roading with Graythwaite Adventure. Hannah was very welcoming and supportive, helping everyone get the most out of both experiences. She perfectly accommodated different levels in the group, including our 8 and 10 year old kids. Everyone had a great time, we would highly recommend this experience with Graythwaite Adventure!
Possible one of the best experiences we've had in the Lakes. Myself and partner did the 4x4 off-road experience, and it was amazing. We booked 1 hour and wish we'd booked longer (we will next time, that is for sure) You can share the drive too, we did 30 mins each. Hannah was our instructor and made us feel relaxed, at ease, and confident. No matter your level of driving experience, anxiety, or nervousness, do this adventure. It's so much fun!!!!! Lots of jolts, bumps, and tilts, but honestly, no matter your level, do this, and you'll be at ease and learn something along the way. The stop at the top and views are truly amazing. If you are in the area, take a day here. We only did the 4x4, but Sara and Hannah take customer experience to a new level, and we can't praise enough. Hannah topped off an amazing week with this great experience. We wish we'd booked more, and we will nest year that is certain.
We enjoyed a fantastic off-road driving and bushcraft session. The off-road course is rocky and technically challenging, with great views. It's very different from the "mud-plugging" trails I've experienced elsewhere and really shows how capable the vehicles are. Our instructor, Hannah was a fabulous leader, most expert, calm and reassuring throughout, as well as informing and entertaining us with her knowledge and tales of her own adventures. Overall, a really interesting and enjoyable morning.
