On the day of your scheduled community service appointment, please bring your bike to our central repair location. While all participants start at the same time, our team is trained to handle check-ins quickly to minimize waiting. The mechanics will review your booking information, assess your bike with you, and discuss the scope and cost of any necessary repairs. Any adjustments to your initial payment will be made based on the final agreed-upon work. Once the repairs are complete, the mechanics will call you when your bike is ready for pick-up, providing convenient same-day service.
