It was great diving with Manta Divers in Cancun! The shop is very organized with an easy online check in system upon arrival. The diving equipment is well maintained. It’s very easy to clean your own equipment after a dive. There is even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sea water before you go on your way. The staff and dive masters are knowledgeable and friendly. And the FISH!!

I just completed my nitrox certification at Manta Dive Shop and treated myself to the gold package, plus a night dive with Vin. Danny was excellent at addressing all my follow-up questions. I had a fantastic week of fun diving with them. The hell bell Cenote felt like another planet. Beyond amazing. The wreck dive and reef dive were both outstanding! The support team was fantastic in their knowledge of the sites as well as diving techniques. I highly recommend the Manta team! Thank you for a great week of diving !

This was my first time diving, the folks here were the best! I felt secure knowing that they would handle anything that could happen. And the guy at the front desk, Angel, is so nice and personable! They should put him on the boat, too! He would be a great captain/ tour guide!

Wonderful 10/10 diving experience! Cannot recommend enough! Very professional! Danny was an amazing and friendly instructor with 16 years of experience for my boyfriend who was doing the discovery dive. He gave a one hour class by the board followed by a lesson in the pool. As a certified open water diver, I joined then in two 2-tank dives in MUSA and the large coral reef off the coast of Isla de Mujeres. By MUSA we saw a sea turtle and barracuda and Danny made the dive fun by showing us some bubble tricks with the statues, showing other marine life, and taking fun videos. At the coral reef we saw a massive puffer fish and schools of fish. Danny always kept an eye out for the safety/amount of air my boyfriend and I still had. He’s very passionate about his work and it’s contagious! Because it was low season we had a private boat and enjoyed the 30-40 minute boat ride to and from the diving sites. The captain/crew on board Miguel and Martin were also extremely friendly and helpful. Danny took videos of us during the dive and showed them to us at the end to see if we wanted to purchase them for 89USD with no pressure whatsoever. Definitely a bit pricier than what I’ve paid for the photo/video services in other dive centres/countries (20€ in Croatia for example) but also worth it.

We did the Platinum package with Manta. Everything was pretty smooth. Communication could have been a little better but overall, we had a great time. We had an issue with the boat the first day, but the owner made sure to make it up to us and we did an extra night dive which was awesome. Got to see so many wonderful creatures. Mok was a great divemaster and you can really tell he loves what he does. Great at showing us everything and being very patient. Jose was wonderful during the cenote dives. Made us feel at ease and just let us have fun. I was able to get wonderful pictures and get to see more marine life than I have ever. Great times
