Morino , I was truly impressed by the professionalism with which I was served today. It is rare to meet someone who serves with such genuine care and attention to detail. I am leaving this review as a small token of my gratitude. Keep up the amazing work. You make the experience unforgettable! Grazie mille Morino 🫡

The concept is truly wonderful, and the execution looks very professional. Unfortunately, it feels oversized and somewhat isolated, almost in the middle of nowhere. You end up feeling a bit lost, and it seems unlikely that such vast halls can easily be filled with people and brought to life. How the project will sustain itself financially remains a mystery to me. On the positive side, the food was excellent. It’s certainly not cheap, but it was definitely a memorable experience.

Such a huge disappointment 😞 Had read the reviews and having been when it was Eataly World... we thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt. It was literally a desolate and very sad, huge building that had so much potential...not sure how much more alive it is at night... plenty of restaurants and not alot much else ... many restaurants were closed... It was like we had entered the apocalypse. What an absolute shame.

Great place to take your kids when it's hot or rainy out. Worst idea ever if you want to go out for good, authentic food at a reasonable price. Interesting concept with really weird & poor execution.

We went to Grand Tour Italia on a Sunday. Our expectations were pretty low considering the online reviews. We went with our young children. We booked in for a pizza making class, which we all enjoyed. It was the right length for the children's attention. Luna Farm, the theme park, was nicely themed. Has about 12 attractions, with suitable variety. It was nice for them to a have a safe enclosed indoor space to go wild in. Quiet at the beginning of the day but it got busier. Staff were friendly and attentive and happily opening rides for them when the park was quieter. A lot of the reviews are quite scathing about the empty units. Admittedly some of the restaurants have closed. But it wasn't as deserted as we thought it would be. The food we ordered was served promptly. And there is a choice of restaurants to chose from. The go kart track was not operational yet. You can go in and out of Luna Farm if you collect a stamp on your hand on the way out. So we made use of this to leave the theme park to go and get some ice cream and enjoy the interactive exhibitions available on meat, fish, crops and wine/oil. The exhibitions were well done and were a surprise as we didn't know about them before arriving. On a Sunday the public transportation is more difficult but we made it work with the bus 20. We got the free shuttle service back to the bus station, and there was about ten people onboard. If you are just in Bologna for a short weekend it probably isn't worth the effort to travel all the way there. But if you have a week in Bologna and with kids in tow I think it's a nice day out. Especially when it's very hot outside, the centre provides a way to entertain the family without lots of walking outdoors.
