Staff were friendly, which was good. But the bus was well over an hour late departing. Then the Spanish tour description was played very loudly over the loudspeakers of the bus, and other languages were via headphones, but the volume through the headphones was not loud enough over the loudspeakers of the bus. So we couldn't actually really hear what was being said. Also, the Spanish tour description was much longer than in other languages. Not many buildings were described, and the information given was very basic. Online booking - needed to book 2 days or more in advance. Some of the headphone ports on the bus did not work at all. The headphone system also cut out a few times during the tour, which was irritating. The tour was not very expensive, but as a non-Spanish speaker it was just disappointing overall.
Great tour! They told us that we can ride both the Tlaquepaque and Guadalajara tour with the same wristband on the same day so it’s worth it if you are an early riser! Tour explanations only available in Spanish and bring lots of sunblock or a big hat because some buses don’t have a shade on the second floor. And the lower floor is very hot with little ventilation. Other than that it’s great!
Fair price! Doesn’t include meal but it’s okay! They take you in a van from the Centro and drop you off Chapultepec, Minerva or Centro. Even though they don’t take you to The Cantaritos El Güero it’s fair. Would go again with them on another tour. We paid 400 pesos for this tour 11am-8pm
