Program stimmt nicht mit der Beschreibung überein. Wir wurden pünktlich um 9:10 Uhr abgeholt, jedoch werden wir erst um 17:00 Uhr retour sein. Für eine angegebene 6h Tour viel zu lange!! Sehr ärgerlich da wir schon weitere Termine im anschluss hatten.... des Weiteren wird man einfach in ein Restaurant in Chiapas de corzo gedrängt... leider nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Bitte passt dringendst eure Tourbeschreibung an!

De activiteit vermeldde expliciet dat ze tweetalig Engels/Spaans zou zijn, echter spraken noch de chauffeur noch de gids op de boot een woord Engels. Nochtans bestond de groep grotendeels uit niet-Spaanstalige toeristen. We hebben dan ook zo goed als niet kunnen begrijpen van de uitleg tijdens de rit of de boottocht. Het was erg onduidelijk hoe en waar we zouden afspreken na de boottocht, uiteindelijk kregen we een uur ´vrij’ Chiapa de Corzo en was het min of meer duidelijk waar we terug zouden opgehaald worden. De activiteit duurde twee uur langer dan aangegeven, wat zeer vervelend was gezien ik precies voor deze tour koos om de duur en de rest van mijn dag daarrond plande.
