I dropped into Bike Stop after researching a few shops in the area. I was very glad that I came here as the service and customer experience they provide is top notch. Cliff and his colleague sorted my bike in 15 minutes and asked for a very small fee. Cant speak on the rental aspect as I only went in for a repair but the bikes in there look quality and I'm certain you'd be in good hands. Great tunes in the shop and the environment is chill. Will 100% be returning for any other bike issues I have in the future.
A few days ago, I wrote to the store’s email to ask if they could rent me just two helmets for 24 hours, without the bikes. I know it was a strange request, so I would have completely understood if they had said it wasn’t possible. But when Cliff replied, he not only said it was possible — he also told me they would lend me the helmets free of charge. Incredible! They were truly generous and kind, and that’s why I would recommend them a thousand times over. Not only for their excellent work and helpfulness, but above all, for their outstanding human quality. Thank you so much!
They rent a very good bike!! It's a bit pricey, but the bike is good for moving along the city. I did like 30-ish km with the bike and my only complain is the bike can't get higher than 8th gear. The People in the store are nice and helpful. Definitely going to rent in this store again.
