Lack of support and poor warranty service. I contacted Peugeot Ireland after my local dealer refused to honor the warranty on my Peugeot 2008. The dealer did not provide any technical tests, reports, or written explanations, and refused to share any proof to support their claims. When I asked Peugeot Ireland for assistance and for the possibility to bring my car to another authorised dealer for a proper inspection, they refused and simply repeated what the original dealer said — without checking the evidence I provided. Even in the official service documents, important information such as the verification of the Start & Stop system is completely missing, yet Peugeot Ireland continues to rely only on the dealer’s version. It has now been almost a month since I first reported the issue, and I am still left with a faulty car and no real solution. Very disappointing experience and customer service.

To whom it may concern, I am writing in response to the recent reply from TC Motors regarding the servicing history of my vehicle. The claim made is not only outrageous but entirely untrue. TC Motors has been the only garage where my car was serviced, and I have both payment receipts and bank statements to substantiate this fact. This false claim is yet another example of the ongoing mismanagement and dishonesty I have experienced throughout my dealings with TC Motors. Furthermore, I received what was described as a "courtesy call" last week, during which I was asked to consider removing my review and deleting a specific name from it. This approach feels less like courtesy and more like pressure and an attempt to silence honest feedback. At this stage, the conduct of your team borders on harassment. It is unacceptable to deflect blame and fabricate stories in an effort to cover up inadequate service and poor handling of my vehicle issues. I strongly suggest you cease the continued attempts to rewrite the facts. I will not be withdrawing my honest review, nor will I allow these tactics to go unchallenged.

Reached out to Peugeot Ireland after being told car 3008 under 7 years and less than 70k with full service history needed a new engine a few months after gear box replacement. ZERO help! Well looked after car and enjoyed it when no issues but how can you trust a brand when you do everything by the book and get no help!

I purchased a Peugeot 3008 and the car developed AdBlue and DPF faults despite having only 40000km on the clock when said issues started . I reached out to Peugeot for support, but their customer service has been an absolutely abysmal. I spoke to Donal in customer service, who was completely unknowledgeable—he clearly had no idea what he was talking about. Instead of getting proper assistance, I was left frustrated by his lack of knowledge and understanding . Then, I received a call from Bernadette just as useless who is Donal’s supervisor . She was extremely rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help resolve the issue whatsoever. Bernadette, advised me that I would need to bring my car to the dealership to have the existing issue that had already been diagnosed re-diagnosed. I was informed that I would be responsible for all associated costs, including transporting the car to and from the dealership and for the diagnostic work carried out . However, when I asked Bernadette what benefit this would provide, she was unable to give me a clear explanation. It seems that this process would only result in additional out-of-pocket expenses for me, without any clear justification. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and the unnecessary costs being pushed on to me Despite the low mileage, Peugeot refuses to take any responsibility or offer any assistance in fixing the problem. Unbelievable when the vehicle has only such low mileage.The lack of customer care is appalling. I would advise anyone considering purchasing a Peugeot to not to do so as they have nothing but faults and clearly from the previous reviews you can see they all have similar if not the same issues as I have mentioned.

Don’t buy from Gowan. Their selfish objection to Dart+ planning deprives the Greater Dublin region of vitally needed public infrastructure. Not a good corporate citizen. Shame on your leadership team.
