We did their small group tour to Blue Mountain, zoo, and ferry. Our guide, Scott, was very informative. He also knew the places very well. Lots of insider tips. He even detailed what views were available in each part of the cable car and good angle to take photos. I also liked that he pay attentions to details and stayed flexible. Eg he would check ahead to make sure the whole groups would be in the same cable car. It was nice that we had lunch in less busy Glenbrook. Highly recommended.

Our guide, Rod, took us on a fantastic tour we’ll remember forever. The sites were breathtaking and Rod was very friendly and accommodating to our family with two young kids. We pet and fed kangaroos, had a photo with a koala, had a great bite to eat and saw amazing views of Australian landscape. The stops were accommodating with snacks and bathroom breaks, and the tour bus was comfortable. The group size was small enough to have a more personal experience that we really enjoyed. We went in September and loved the spring weather. Thanks Rod and Diamond Tours for a great family day trip to remember!

We did the Blue Mountains tour with Diamond Tours last week and had the best experience. Our guide, Mr. Leonard, made the entire day truly interesting and engaging. One of the highlights was learning so much about Australian musicians—he has an impeccable taste in music and a wonderful sense of humour that kept everyone entertained throughout. The tour itself was fantastic, covering must-see attractions such as the zoo, the steepest passenger railway ride, and of course the stunning Blue Mountains. I would strongly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Sydney. What made it even more special was Mr. Leonard’s personal touch—he remembered everyone’s names and ensured each person felt looked after. At the end of the trip, our group gave him a round of applause, a true reflection of how much we all enjoyed his company. If you’re lucky enough to have Mr. Leonard as your guide, you’re in for a memorable day!

The tour is whole day tour. A lot to see and quite a lot to walk. Not difficult terrain or road surfaces. Just need some strength to be able to walk on the designated routes. However, if you don’t want to walk or you are afraid of height, you can stay with our tour guide- Leonard. This is very well planned trip. We got to see 3 sisters, zoo and ferry. The routes are very scenic. Leonard is very knowledgeable and explained the history and local culture to us. The most amazing part is he introduced Australian singers and music to us. Overall very happy with the trip and tour guide Leonard. Highly recommended.

Rodrigo is amazing! We’ve had the best day, up in the mountains the cable carts were brilliant, so much to see. Then on to the zoo! Definitely go see the elephants! Finally the ferry home was a perfect end to the day!
