This was seriously one of the most fun things my wife and I experienced. We grew up riding ATVs in the states, and we were just so blown away. The tour guides were unbelievable, best service I’ve ever had. It was a cold rainy day for us, they never complained and made the trip so worth it. Highly recommend, this is a must do in Uvita. We saw some of the prettiest sights we’ve ever seen.

I did a half day mountain & jungle tour in Uvita with Jungle ATV, and it was one of the best days of my life. our local guides Marlon and Alejandro were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, kind, and amazing! We saw multiple beautiful waterfalls, incredible views of Whales tail beach and majestic mountain range views as far as you can see. Oh, and a sloth!!! We ripped up and down crazy winding mountain jungle roads and trails, crossed jungle rivers, and swam in waterfalls... They took great care of me, and i highly recommend this adventure tour for anyone looking to add some adventure into their day! Thank you Marlon and Alejandro!

I was initially reluctant to take this tour with my family due to less enjoyable experiences at other places, but this was completely contrary. We went in the off-season, which may have allowed our guides, Guillermo and Alejandro more time than they might normally have to pay extra attention and offer us amazing insight into much of the rain, local plants, animals and history. They were very knowledgeable and trained in things that made it far more than just a 4x4 excursion. Another huge difference vs other tours of this type was the actual riding. This was no soft adventure. The trails/roads were fairly aggressive and the 4-wheel drive was absolutely necessary for half of the trip. If you are planning a visit to the Uvita area, this is a MUST DO if you’re even remotely interested. We saw howler monkeys, snakes, amazing fruit trees and other fauna, not to mention all the beautiful views of waterfalls and rivers. I would do this trip every time I come back. Don Emilio’s coffee farm was a bonus with the freshest, most organic coffee you can get. He sells it there for a very reasonable price but you must have colones or dollars.

This place has great reviews for a reason, trip is well organized and good fun. Trips here in CR can be quite expensive - This did feel like it was worth every penny. Coffee tour was very informative, definitely bring some swim gear for the waterfall stop. Guides moved around and blocked traffic when needed for us to move across intersections. It all went like clockwork, extremely safe, efficient and enjoyable. Highly recommended

ATV tours can be very hit or miss, but this one delivered - it was the best ATV tour I've done anywhere. The change in elevation was great, providing some cooler weather as we ascended the mountain. Even in the rainy season we only caught a little drizzle (which was actually refreshing) and still caught views of the waterfall. Guillermo & Marlon were amazing guides, stopping to point out sloths, monkeys, birds, etc, along the way. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. It's hard to pick just one highlight of the trip, but if we had to, it was probably the coffee plantation. Touring the grounds, hearing the history, and seeing their organic process was really interesting even for our young boys (ages 7 & 9). The coffee was probably the smoothest cup of coffee I've ever had. We had the pleasure of being served by Don Emilio himself! He and his son were so welcoming and kind, answering our questions and talking with us. As usual, the pictures don't do it justice.
