The shuttle bus was 20 minutes late and rather dilapidated. The crew were mostly friendly. Communication was not clear about the breaking to slow down on the zip line before stopping which was a little scary and dangerous. You have to hike up steep hills in very hot weather and every water station was bone dry. We weren't allowed to bring any belongings on the hike....we were so exhausted and dehydrated..the helmets are dirty and stink like body odor...other than that it was a fun day highlight was the tequila tasting

Was NOT what we had expected. Everything seemed good till we arrived then it was all downhill from that point forward. Employees (especially Pedro and Bryan) used the excuse we spoke English to talk garbage about us thinking we couldn’t understand. Making pig sounds and being absolutely disrespectful. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. What a waste of time and money. Seriously if you enjoyed the movie keep it that way. DO NOT COME HERE.

An expensive 5 hour ATV tour consisted of only 1 hour of actual ATV riding on poorly maintained, unroadworthy bikes. The rest of the time was spent waiting for the tour to start, uncomfortable transport, waiting for other clients to finish their zipline and a tequila tasting we told the staff we did not want to do. The restaurant at the zipline/ Predator set is very expensive. We were highly dissatisfied as we booked the tour to ride and explore, not to be exploited.

I had an excellent zip line experience at Canopy El Eden. The team was incredible and so much fun. If you have done this type of adventure before, you know that the guides really make or break the experience. This team was awesome and brought great energy to the whole day. The area itself is beautiful, with stunning views of the mountains and jungle. It is a peaceful and scenic spot that gives you a totally different perspective from the busy zones of Puerto Vallarta. Go take a look and enjoy the views. It is worth the trip just for that. I only did the zip lines, but there are other activities available too. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they offer optional professional photos if you want a great memory to take home. Make sure to bring some cash for extras and to tip your guides. You will definitely want to. Highly recommend this place for a fun and memorable adventure.

Do the zip line! Trust me! It’s worth every penny! It’s 1 hour long zip line adventure with around 8 zip lines in total. And the view and experience is amazing. One of the best we’ve experienced around the world.
