Great place to outfit your acquatic adventure. Staff were proficient in English and able to direct us on a lovely kayak tour. Highly recommend!
I know Rosario, the head instructor from when he was teaching in another school, but I never had lessons with him before. The centre is located in a very convenient part of the lagune with a large shallow sandy bottom area (not very common in the lagune where mud is the main seabed) and that for sure makes things super easy for beginners. The school has all the equipment that you might need for any wind conditions, and also (I think that is one of the very few in the lagune), small sailing boats, SUP and kayak. The vibe is very relaxed and you feel at home from the first moment, Rosario can teach in multiple languages and, as far as my understanding, all the students were enthusiastic of their results. I stayed at the spot few days kitesurfing on my own and received from Rosario constant feedbacks on what I could do better along with being answered on all my present and past doubts. Deciding to have a formal lesson was the best choice of this kite season since I progressed my jumps and tricks journey almost instantly after he watched me and gave me some technical advises while showing me some preparatory maneuvers to reach my goals. All in all a great experience and a place where to come back for sure in order to progress further.
Rosario is one of the best instructors I've ever had! He makes you jump straight into practice, giving you just the theory you need to get started. Me and my girlfriend had a 20 hours course with him and we both managed to jump on the board and kite back and forth without problems. We were so happy with our results that we felt compelled to offer him a dinner during our last night. Thanks so much Ross! You're the best!
