Me and my husband did the Captain Cook snorkeling adventure and it was absolutely amazing. We have never been snorkeling in our life and they made us feel so safe and comfortable. Definitely would 100 percent recommend doing this. The water was so clear and in my opinion was not cold was perfect temperature. Everyone on the zodiac was absolutely friendly and so helpful. I wish I could add video so I could show the fish.

This Manta tour is the best on Big Island. Deavon was an awesome host and checked us in with some laughs. Rory and his crew Erick and Kalela were top notch with their knowledge and direction. You could tell the Mantas know them intimately. Do yourself a favor and rent a GoPro to capture this special moment. I sure did!!

This tour was an unforgettable experience! Snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, exploring sea caves and lava tubes, and speeding along the coast in a Zodiac Navy SEAL-style boat was such a thrill. The marine life and scenery were stunning. Big thanks to our guides, Daniel and Caitlyn—they were knowledgeable, fun, and made the whole trip even better. Highly recommend this adventure if you're visiting the Big Island!

We had such a great time on our tour. Our guide was "Captain Adam". He was very knowledgeable about the area. He was a nice guy and we felt comfortable going with him. The snorkeling was amazing. We saw so many neat fish and the coral was beautiful. I would definitely book another tour with him.

I recently joined Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours for their reef tour, and it was a fantastic experience! The highlight was seeing dolphins and colorful fish playfully swimming in the cove—truly a magical sight. The tour also showcased stunning rock formations and picturesque coves along the coastline, which added to the adventure. While I would’ve loved to explore inside the coves, the overall trip was well-organized, and the crew was knowledgeable and friendly. The water in the bay was calm and totally manageable for kids with swimming experience. If you are a free diver I would recommend being at least your fins; I wished I did. Lastly, GoPro is a must! Don’t forget it! Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to witness Hawaii’s marine life and coastal beauty up close!

This was a fun trip for my family. Sadly, the reefs aren’t healthy but there are still fish to see. The guides do a great job getting the group to areas with activity. The provided lunch (pre-made sandwiches and chips) was adequate but nothing exciting. Time at Icacus Island was short but fun. The piña coladas were delicious! This is a good trip for families learning to snorkel.
