You guys are great! We did the scuba try dive and Juan was amazing. Very patient and gave us clear instructions. We also rented snorkelling gears and went to Malone’s beach to see some great corals. (tip- go a little deeper towards the right side) Totally recommend.

Absolutely incredible experience with Culebra Snorkel with Locals! My friend and I arrived at Tamarindo Beach with no gear or anything— it was raining so hard and we were really struggling in the beginning. Our taxi driver gave us Lemuel’s card and we decided to take a chance and give him a call. He didn’t even hesitate to meet us at Tamarindo Beach within such short notice with 2 full snorkel sets - flippers + life vest + snorkel - all for only $25 each! He arrived within 15 mins of our call, spent time showing us how to use the equipment, and pointed out various spots for us to find turtles and fish, even though we didn’t even book a tour! We had a lovely time snorkeling and even found turtles thanks to Lemuel’s suggestions! He then came to pick up our gear and was kind enough to give us a ride back to town. Seriously so kind and an amazing guide! Definitely recommend Culebra Snorkel with Locals if you’re in the area!

Such an amazing experience! I booked the Coral Reef & Sea Turtle snorkeling tour. Our guide was super knowledgeable, funny and attentive. It was just me and fiancé for the first part of the tour and then two more people joined us later. I loved that the group was small and private. Highly recommend!

Our first scuba company we booked with cancelled a week before our trip. They recommended reaching out to Lemuel. He saved the day BIG time helping us to save our plans and provided us with what we wanted. We booked a dive and a snorkel for our family of 4 and enjoyed it so much! Turtles, octopus and spotted eagle ray. If I had one suggestion, if you are coming from ferry, confirm where you need to be and know you may need to grab a taxi. There are plenty when you get off the ferry. The guides he used for the ferry and dive were exceptional! They calm, patient and knowledgeable. If, and hopefully when, we come back we would absolutely go back to Culebra and book with them. It's just beautiful and a special experience.
