I visited Roe & Co Distillery in Dublin with my partner, and we were incredibly lucky to have Tim as our guide. He was absolutely fantastic—passionate, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. His love for the job shone through the entire tour, and he made the history of the distillery and the craft of whiskey-making genuinely exciting. What a fantastic experience at this distillery! We enjoyed our experience with Isaac who gave us a tour and did the cocktail making session. We had so much fun and highly recommend this experience! Even their whiskey is delicious.

Tim's quick wits and his passionate storytelling really made this a great experience. Definitely also take the time to drink one of their signature cocktails in the adjacent bar!
