To ensure a smooth visit, all participants must be able to swim, and children must remain under adult supervision on the water at all times. After parking in the designated activity car park, guests should check in at the Activity Store to complete the waiver required for equipment hire. While the experience includes all essential paddling gear, visitors should bring their own swimwear, towels, and any personal refreshments they may need. Please note that pets are not permitted within the activity centre. This setup allows you to enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable adventure in one of the region’s most tranquil natural settings.
