Don't bother getting car insurance with them if you're a new driver. Over 2 grand paid as a learner and then instead of refunding a portion when you get a full license (like most other insurances would) they'll actually have you on hold for over an hour then charge you more on top! Never in my life will I recommend these scammers
Just want to say thank you to the Breakdown assistance team for helping me last night. Phone was answering immediately and Tom (lovely man) came to tow the car within an hour. I had rang Toyota Assistance as well, who had me on hold for 53 minutes before taking my details and saying someone would call me back. It's now the next day and still no call from Toyota. I was on a secondary road in Kikdare with no street lights. Lashing rain. Only for Chill Insurance I'd still be there. Thanks guys x
