I recently joined Mike's Countryside Bike Tour, and it was fantastic! The guides from Mike's Tours Amsterdam were professional and engaging. They shared captivating stories about the charming landscapes, making each pedal feel like an adventure. Their polite demeanor made everyone feel welcome. The scenic routes led us through idyllic villages and lush fields, truly a feast for the eyes. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Amsterdam’s beautiful countryside in a fun, enjoyable way! Even saw a local fall in the very cold canal.

Exquisite tour of north Amsterdam. Very well organised company with lovely staff, especially our tour guide (and professional photographer), Gus. Gus was wonderful and set time aside to answer all our questions as well as give us a stroopwafel for our cold endeavours. Really enjoy all the views and the photo opportunities. The stop and the cheese and clog farm was very fun and you are encouraged to eat as much as you can, if the peacocks don’t get there first. Great tour for seeing wildlife such as herons, chickens, goats, donkeys, horses, Shetland ponies, swans and cheese (the farm cat). Couldn’t recommend it enough. If you enjoy the outdoors and want a break from the hustling city, then this will be the highlight of your trip. Thank again Gus!

Our guide, Rinse, was terrific. We rode approximately 21 miles (34 km) with a large group, and he managed to keep us all safe, together, and entertained. The pedal-assist bikes make this tour easy enough for anyone to do. The bikes have different levels of assist, ranging from none to turbo, so if you want a little challenge, then you can turn it off. The whole tour is not non-stop riding. We took a few breaks along the way to learn about and admire the countryside. We stopped at a cheese and clog factory, which was a nice touch. Overall, this was a fantastic tour!
