I recently had a incident in Egypt where I had to make a claim against my insurance company dive master insurance. Amazing team - Unfortunately, I have had to use their services in Bonaire and in Egypt and both times I have been dealt with with 5* service and compassion and efficiency! Mathew in particular went above and beyond, making calls to local contacts and even on the other line to me when I was scared and in tears ... I'm sure that's not in his job description. I would recommend them as an insurer for divers always ! I had the accident in July and as I had bought an annual cover I am still covered for the other trips I have planned this year and next. I'm not diving for the moment - but I'm happy to know that they will cover me and pay up swiftly if need be.
Don't use their travel insurance - they sit on a claim, invent excuses, deny responsibility and you end up having to go via the ombudsman to get a professional verdict. Update : Now 7 months since my claim went in and so far absolutely nothing but delays and excuses.
