This journey offers a deep dive into Cyprus’s rich history, archaeology, and traditions, blending the medieval past with modern culture. One of the highlights is a visit to the legendary Birthplace of Aphrodite, a breathtaking coastal site where, according to myth, the goddess of beauty and love emerged from the sea foam. The stunning views and crystal-clear waters make this an unforgettable experience. It is believed that bathing in these waters brings youth and beauty, adding a touch of magic to the visit.
Next, we explore Lefkara Village, a UNESCO-listed site renowned for its handmade lace and fine silverware. Walking through its charming stone-paved streets, you will admire traditional Cypriot architecture and witness artisans practicing the centuries-old "Lefkaritiko" lace-making technique, unique to Cyprus. This picturesque village exudes history and craftsmanship, making it a must-visit destination.
The tour continues in Limassol, where the modern city meets the charm of the Old Town. Strolling through its vibrant streets, you can enjoy a cup of Cypriot coffee, shop for souvenirs, and browse natural sea sponge products and olive oil-based cosmetics. Finally, we visit the ancient city of Kourion, perched dramatically atop a cliff. This archaeological gem boasts breathtaking views and a well-preserved Greco-Roman amphitheater, where you can step back in time and immerse yourself in the grandeur of the Roman era.

Very well organised, great information plaques (including braille), with QR code links to their website , which is very informative.

Nice Roman-Byzantine baths. The signage helps to understand what you are seeing.

We hired a car to get out here after visiting on an organised trip last year and it was well worth the effort. No.1 It's hot. Really hot 🥵 Take water, hats etc. we drank over 2 litres of water. On an organised trip you don't get to see the full site. It's huge, there are signs telling you what stuff is but what you really need is your imagination. Some of these runs are c2000 years old. We spent a lot of time saying "we are standing where Romans did their shopping!" There are some fabulous views along the coast, make sure to visit the restaurant you can see on the beach below. If you are a history lover then make sure you visit. Tip though. Kids will likely be bored out of their trees!

A must visit place! Lots of fantastic ancient mosaics and ruins from 2000 years ago. Also spectacular location offering breathtaking views on the cliff shore. Excelent experience and not overly expensive at all. We paid €4.5 per adult for entry. Def recommend!

Well kept and organized archeological site. Located on the top of the mountain you're also able to see the amazing view of Kurion beach. Few mosaics are still well kept as the old city baths. One of my favorite building was the Roman House with the explanation of the structure. Good job!
