I want to leave a review about my experience with this company. I placed an online order on 7.11, which was accepted the same day at 12:15. Unfortunately, today, 11.11, at 3:00 PM, my order had not even been shipped from the store. The store only sent me an email from 7.11 stating that my order had been accepted. Yesterday10.11 I sent them an email to ask when I should expect my order, to which they rudely replied that they had just returned from the weekend and said that my order would be shipped today11.11,but more than half a day has passed, and my order has not left the store, and my money has been in the company's account for more five days. Very frivolous and irresponsible attitude towards customers. P.S. I am attaching a photo of my order so as not to provide inaccurate information. Dear owner, it seems that you are also not entirely honest, since you posted the last letter from my correspondence with your company, I can provide you with confirmation of my words. I will post the photo in my first review and duplicate it here so that everyone can see that you are not on the side of the customers.

Wholesome is the word for this place. You will get literally everything that you need as an artist. You are in the world’s second most expensive city so definitely you cannot expect things to be cheap hence no complaints for that. I was looking for loose roll canvas, and I got the same as this place. They have the beautiful wide range of winter Newton’s acrylic paint, golden brand paints, wide range of brushes, papers, and what not. Staff is very helping and kind. Must visit place for art, lovers, and artists.
