We celebrating my sister's birthday ( visiting from out of town). Friday, October 31, 2025, in driving by we visited the Virginia Highlands location. The young lady there was very helpful and personable. She even greeted our doggie/ chow chow. We decided to have her reserve the Sandy Springs location...easy parking...never again. I will fight for parking in V' Highlands area :) * I'm sorry I forgot her name.
My items had to be shipped since we live out of state. They arrived in the box exactly as pictured with no packing materials to protect them. We had $200 worth of memories tossed into a card board box that arrived broken. I contacted the store and got a nice email saying how sorry they were and that they would refund me. They never game me the refund and have ignored all my emails since. If you live out of town and can’t pick this up after it dries, I don’t recommend going here. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
Listen Kasey(sorry if I spelled it wrong) is definitely a vibe. The whole crew is friendly and knowledgeable and we had a blast. My daughter celebrated her birthday and we made some amazing art work. Will definitely be going back again to try more activities
