Your journey begins in Sapporo, Japan, where you’ll arrive via New Chitose Airport and be welcomed by our guides. From there, you’ll travel to Otaru, your base for the start of the week. This location provides access to a variety of ski areas, including Kokusai, Kiroro, and Sapporo Teine, while also allowing you to explore Otaru’s rich culture, cuisine, and vibrant nightlife in the evenings. The trip focuses on smaller, less crowded resorts, offering a more authentic Hokkaido experience.

Midweek, the adventure continues north to Asahikawa City to explore Asahi-Dake, Furano, and a few “secret” local spots. Depending on conditions, the trip may include lift-assisted ski touring or full touring to access untouched powder. Participants must have touring equipment, some ski touring experience, and a strong fitness level. This trip is tailored for advanced skiers comfortable in black diamond tree terrain (28–38 degrees). Each day’s location is chosen based on weather, participant experience, and real-time insights from our local network of guides and ski professionals, ensuring the best snow conditions even when others face closures or poor weather.
