Before participating in any rental bike activity, all participants are required to read, understand, and sign the 'Release, Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement and Statement of Assumption of Risk.' Additionally, a completed digital waiver must be on file for all riders, and minor riders must have a waiver signed by a legal parent or guardian. The company reserves the right to deny services to anyone for any reason, including those suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Participants must adhere to all traffic laws, and rental equipment can only be picked up by the person listed on the paid reservation receipt. Photo ID and a credit card are required for all rentals, while debit and pre-paid cards are not accepted.
Reschedules, refunds, and gift card issuance are at the sole discretion of the company and are non-negotiable once the rental time listed on the paid reservation receipt has passed unless previously agreed upon in writing. Riders are responsible for any damage to company equipment and must comply with safety rules. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must wear a helmet.
