All rental bike equipment must be picked up and returned to the company’s French Quarter office at 317 Burgundy Street. Look for the yellow-striped folding sign on the sidewalk in front of the yellow French doors in the middle of the block. Additional items are available for rent or purchase to enhance your ride, including Bluetooth speakers with charging cable for $10, handlebar-mounted smartphone holders for $5, custom printed T-shirts for $25, and 16.9 oz bottled water for $1 per bottle. These items provide convenience and a fun way to enjoy your biking experience while exploring the French Quarter.

Before participating, all riders must read, understand, and sign the Release, Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement, and a digital waiver must be completed for every participant. Minors require a parent or legal guardian’s signature. The company reserves the right to deny service to anyone for any reason, including suspected influence of drugs or alcohol. Riders are required to follow all traffic laws, provide a photo ID and credit card (debit and pre-paid cards are not accepted), and are responsible for any damage to the equipment. Cruiser bike riders must be at least 12 years old and 4’11” or taller, while riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and wear a helmet.
