The koala experience offers a rare and memorable chance to meet one of Australias most iconic animals in a peaceful and intimate setting. Guided by an experienced keeper, you will step inside the koala area and learn about the individual animals, their personalities, their natural behaviors and the challenges they face in the wild. As you move between habitats you will gain a deeper understanding of conservation efforts and how you can contribute to protecting this precious species. Guests are welcome to take photos throughout the encounter as the keepers share stories and insights that reveal the gentle nature of these remarkable animals.

With exclusive access to the koala space, you can spend quiet moments observing how each koala interacts with its surroundings and with the keeper who knows them best. At times the koalas may choose to gently take a leaf from your hand, offering an unforgettable moment that highlights their charm and curiosity. Although koalas sleep for long periods of the day the experience remains meaningful whether they are active or resting. This encounter may run in most weather conditions and requires general park entry in addition to the experience booking. Keeper supervision ensures comfort and safety for both animals and visitors while creating a respectful and educational wildlife interaction.
