Super luxurious experience! Went for a haircut for myself + 15 minute scalp treatment, and got a 45 minute head spa for my husband to enjoy while he's waiting for me to finish. The experience was exquisite, not something I have experienced in Ireland to date; the place was aesthetic, clean, and welcoming, the staff were super nice and professional, and the end result was amazing! I just returned to work today and I keep getting compliments on my beautifully done hair. Mami did an excellent job with the styling, and my husband had a terrific time at the spa with Wakako, he also received a sweet little care package including some hair oil, a comb and more. The staff also offered us drinks (included), we ended up grabbing matcha lattes, but some other options included hojicha (I had a hard time choosing!), cold and hot options were available. We live quite far from Dublin, so it was an enjoyable way to spend our time off in the big city & wind down before our long ride home. Thank you for the lovely experience, can't recommend enough!
Amazing experience, I had a full head of bleach/color + cut and it turned out perfect. Everyone involved was very skilled and professional, so thank you to Reina in particular for the incredible result. She was very kind and listened to all my wishes. She let me know that the hairstyle I wanted requires styling before proceeding to make sure I know what decision I am making and I appreciate that! I could not be happier with my result, she is so skilled!
It is my second time going for a scalp detox spa treatment and what a bliss! the place is so nice and the staff is very friendly and kind. Wakako was so nice & professional: she walked me through the steps beforehand and made sure I was well cared for. The treatment is amazing - relaxing but also deeply cleaning your scalp and hair! I nearly fell asleep and could have stayed 3 more hours! :) Another lady came to dry my hair (apologies I didn't ask for her name but she had beautiful wavy blonde hair) and she was amazing: I normally don't like when hairdresser brush my hair as I am a bit sensitive but she took her time and was so gentle- it was as nice as the treatment tbh. Will come back! Thank you again!
