Double Dive to North Solitary Island

The North Solitary Islands Double Dive is a seven and a half hour experience designed for certified divers looking to explore one of the most vibrant and diverse marine environments in the region. Scheduled on a demand basis, this trip depends on favorable sea conditions and is not offered daily like the South Solitary Island charter. Divers will enjoy two guided dives from a fully equipped dive boat, exploring the sanctuary zone of the Solitary Islands Marine Park. The area is renowned for its exceptional water clarity, warmer temperatures due to the East Australian Current, and an impressive variety of tropical and sub-tropical fish species. This double dive offers a unique opportunity to experience the rich biodiversity of the marine park while observing the underwater world in its natural habitat.

The experience includes hire of a second dive tank at no additional cost, ensuring that divers are fully equipped for both dives. Onboard snacks include hot water for cup-a-soup, tea, coffee, and small servings of biscuits, with vegetarian soups available. Dives are guided by experienced instructors, and a private divemaster can be arranged if required, which may incur additional charges. Trips require a minimum of eight participants and are subject to weather conditions. Proof of certification, such as a PADI Open Water Diver certification or equivalent, is required to participate.
