South Solitary Islands Double Dive Showcases Vibrant Marine Life in Protected Waters

Divers are being invited to experience two guided scuba dives at the South Solitary Islands, one of the most renowned underwater destinations within the Solitary Islands Marine Park. Known for its exceptional biodiversity, the site benefits from the East Australian Current, which brings warmer, clearer waters that create ideal diving conditions throughout much of the year. The result is a thriving marine ecosystem filled with color and movement beneath the surface.

The adventure offers a chance to explore dramatic reef formations and encounter a diverse range of marine life, from tropical and sub-tropical fish species to other unique creatures that inhabit this protected sanctuary zone. During the approximately six-hour excursion, guests are provided with onboard refreshments including tea, coffee, biscuits, and cup-a-soup, with vegetarian options available. A second dive tank is included in the package, while additional equipment such as tank hire can be arranged if required, ensuring divers have everything needed for a smooth and comfortable outing at sea.

All dives are subject to weather conditions and availability, and valid certification is required prior to participation. In certain cases, a private divemaster may be necessary depending on experience level, with arrangements available for an additional fee.
