We did a whale watching cruise with Fantasea Cruising from Circular Quay, and it was a fantastic experience! The views of Sydney from the water were beautiful, and the October weather was perfect. We saw several humpback whales in the distance, spotting their plumes and tails, as well as New Zealand fur seals lounging on the rocks. As birders, we brought binoculars, which made a big difference for viewing the whales and seals. Most other passengers didn’t have any, so if you go, definitely bring a pair! Highly recommend this cruise for a memorable day on the water.

Best whale watching cruise we’ve been on! Saw 2 pods of whales with multiple whales in them and a group of dolphins escorting them and following the boat! They even let us stay out a bit longer since it was such a great find.

Such an amazing experience! We were on the 12pm boat from Circular Quay on the 8th October and I cannot fault the guides. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, talkative and made the experience very memorable. There was a lovely young lady on the boat guiding us down the side of the boat as well so that everybody got a equal chance to see the whales and get photos without the railing being too crowded. The boat was clean and well looked after, left and arrived on time and everything just ran really smoothly

Value for your money! My mum and I were in Sydney for the weekend and wanted to do some sightseeing. The 60min sightseeing cruise was fantastic for $33! I wasn’t expecting a guided tour of the harbour but the gentleman who spoke was so knowledgeable, passionate and just easy going. Thank you very much! It was a beautiful day. The host knew exactly how to describe out harbour to everyone and made everyone feel welcome. 10 out of 10.
