I booked Neil to remove trees that were too tall and fast growing for our garden. - A trained arborist, Neil is extremely knowledgeable on every species of tree in our garden and gave wonderful advice. His wealth of experience was extremely evident in both his knowledge and practice. He is a true arborist, with a deep love and understanding of his profession. Neil and Liam are the dream team! Both empathetic gentlemen - working hard, efficiently and harmoniously together. Their work and tidy up was superb. They went above and beyond my expectations. Neil's warm, kind personality has left his mark in a creative contribution to our garden 😀 I'll be having them back. Book them. They know what they're doing!

Neil and his team came to advise me on some trees that I needed cut down or cut back. One was an oak tree which I wanted cut back to one third of its size...Neil advised me not to touch same as it was a lovely young tree ..I took his advice and so glad I did..it was so honest of him as he could have just gone ahead and done as I wanted..such an honest guy. He also cut down and trimmed back a very tall tree as it was huge and right in front of the house and blocking the light from coming into the front room. He did an amazing job and also chopped up the timber from the tree he cut down. Now the tree looks fabulous and loads of light in the front room now. When he was finished he cleaned up all debris and left the place immaculate..even much better than before. Would highly recommend Neil and his team..they are so relaxed and comfortable to have around the place. Having him back to advise and prune etc more trees and hedges soon.

I got in touch with Neil for advice on planting a beautiful young copper beach tree that I'd recently bought. I'd done some research online but couldn't find detailed enough information. When I discovered the Neil Motherway Tree Care website I knew I'd found an expert who understood and loved trees. Neil gave me very detailed, precise and incredibly helpful advice as we discussed the terrain, soil type, exact way of planting etc etc. He was SO helpful and I'm confident that my tree will thrive and flourish as I follow his instructions!

Reluctantly our Leylandii had to go, before it rooted up walls and ran off with the neighbour’s cat. Neil and his team surveyed and advised on the site before the Final Cut, leaving behind a handsome stump to continue to entertain birds, cats, and myself, with bird feeders and solar lights and fairy visits. (My additions). Neil had patience with my whimsical sadness at losing my tree, the work was swift and painless, the garden was left clean and tidy, and the damage to my purse was manageable. The final comment was Neil pausing on his way out, to fix the stonework on the waterfall on my pond. “That’s not right, try this”….. I only wish I had more trees.

5 stars - Highly recommend - We are delighted to have found Neil Motherway Tree Care. I had looked up a few places, but knew once I spoke to Neil on the phone, we had found a great company. Friendly, efficient, professional, solid and secure. Expert care & advice. We had overgrown hedges cut back & the place was left spotless. Such a fantastic job carried out. We look forward to having more works carried out.
