In the lively center of Florence, a delightful culinary adventure awaits those who want to experience the city through its authentic flavors and traditions. This immersive journey begins with a visit to one of the most beautiful markets in Italy, where vibrant stalls overflow with fresh produce, fragrant herbs, regional cheeses, and local specialties. Guided by an expert, you will select the finest ingredients needed for the recipes that will later come to life in the kitchen. The walk through the market is not only a moment of shopping but also an opportunity to discover Tuscan culture, understand seasonal ingredients, and hear stories about the gastronomic heritage of the region.
Once the shopping is complete, the experience continues in a welcoming cooking space where a hands-on culinary class begins. Using the products you selected, you will prepare a complete Tuscan menu that celebrates the richness of the local tradition. From flavorful appetizers to handmade pasta with its sauce, followed by a delicious meat or vegetable main dish and a traditional dessert, every step allows you to learn essential techniques and appreciate the essence of home-style Tuscan cooking. When the lesson ends, you will sit down to enjoy the dishes you created, accompanied by water and local wine. A vegetarian option is available for guests who prefer it, making the experience warm, inclusive, and perfect for any food lover eager to enjoy a true taste of Florence.

An absolute must-do! We took a pasta-making class, it was great. Chef Michele taught us how to do fresh pasta, in multiple ways, and how to prepare the sauce. We then ate our pasta with a glass of wine and a delicious dessert prepared by the sous-chef. Fantastic experience! Don't miss it honestly.

This was an amazing experience, homemade pasta and sauce cooking class. The chef and his assistant were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Our end product/dinner was delicious. We highly recommend this class.

We did this class today as a family of four. Our youngest is 11 so we had to ask permission for him to participate. We were incredibly impressed. The class was informative and fun and the instructors were fantastic. We wanted something beyond the typical pizza making class and that is exactly what we got. It was a highlight of our time in Florence and I highly recommend. Extra bonus; you walk away with the chefs suggestions for dining in Florence.

Very nice staff! I was extremely excited about my class and I was not disappointed. Very reasonably priced for a delicious meal that you make yourself. One of the best things I did during my European tour.
