Embark on a memorable guided wine tasting experience in the heart of Sicily’s countryside, surrounded by vineyards and the warmth of local hospitality. Your journey begins with a welcoming introduction to the winery's philosophy, where passion and craftsmanship meet the island’s unique terroir. The tasting features three exceptional wines that embody the essence of Sicilian viticulture: a bright, aromatic Cutò Grillo DOC Sicilia 2024, a vibrant white wine with citrus and herbaceous notes; the Cutò Nero d'Avola DOC Sicilia 2023, an iconic red offering soft tannins and ripe red fruit flavors; and the indulgent Passito di Uve Zibibbo 2021, a luscious dessert wine with floral and honeyed undertones. Each wine is perfectly paired with local delicacies that enhance its flavors, including sun-dried tomato and green olive pâté bruschette, Sicilian cheeses like Primo Sale, green olives, and the traditional caponata.
The experience culminates in a sweet treat of artisan biscuits served with the Passito, offering a delightful harmony of textures and aromas.
The cozy, accessible tasting space invites you to savor the island’s traditions while learning about the sustainable agricultural practices and local artisans who bring these products to life. Your guide will share fascinating stories about the wines, their production, and how they complement Sicilian cuisine. The 90-minute experience is designed to be inclusive, with wheelchair access and the option for families to join. Children under 8 years old can participate for free and enjoy non-alcoholic local products. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family, or with friends, this experience offers a true taste of Sicily, where every sip and bite reflects the island’s rich cultural heritage.

Fascinating place to visit- well presented tour, though a little too long and difficult to hear/understand the guide at times though it was obvious she was very knowledgeable and passionate about the process. I tho k the group was too big- around 30-40 people. The tasting at the end consisted of 4 wines and accompanying snacks. But again, difficult to hear the guide’s descriptions. We enjoyed it though!

Let’s be honest. The property is beautiful, the Shop is incredibly well designed, you can easily see the assortiment of wines they produce. But you can’t taste them. Unless you had a reservation for a guided tour wich last 1:45. So we left without discovering the taste of Marsala wine and without buying anything. it could be interresting to offer a tasting in the Shop, Even if we have to pay. We only had half a day in marsala, so we didnt have Time for a 2 hours guided tour, and because we were driving right after, no intention of tasting more that 2 of their wines. Missed opportunity.

I will remember the memory of Cantine Florio for a long time. It’s a gem. Though I don’t understand Italian, the guider was passionate about the story of Florio family and the winery.

A reasonably priced Marsala wine experience, with a tour through the cellar and a tasting of 1 grillo wine and 2 marsala with some bites to highlight the flavours. Opportunity at the end of the tour to buy a wide variety of products in the shop.

Highly recommended to visit the first Italian producer of Marsala fortified wine. We booked in advance online for the Premium tour at €30 each. Fascinating to learn history and see where the Marsala wine matures. A very informative tasting session at the end with 3 wines. The products in the shop had very reasonable prices. Unless you're driving there is no readily supply of public transport to this place. Not a lot of taxis around and weren't sure when the occasional #15 bus passed by and where it stopped. We walked - its about 10 to 15 mins from train station.
