The hotel actually surprised me. The rooms are pretty good, with everything you need, simple but sometimes is all you need. They also give you somethings for the room that are free of charge, which is really nice. You know, for the price of the hotel, and also location I think they are really good.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail and genuine friendliness made the experience feel very personal. The breakfast was good, with a variety of fresh options to choose from. Because we were there for a lengthy stay, we would have liked a change of food but it was still good. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We loved the location. It was close to main attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s rest. We can’t forget the awesome candies. We ate these candies everyday. Yummy! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding …the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast… it was delicious, fresh, and completely halal, which was a big plus for me. There was a great variety of options, and everything was well-prepared and nicely presented. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and excellent value for money. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
Excellent and very compatible hotel. Placed near a great park, in very safe and nice streets, and a few minutes walk from the main streets. Good room size, great equipment, and a clean room. Great breakfast with lots of options, excellent service, and very polite and pleasant staff. I want to say thank you to the service desk for their help, guide , much appreciate. Dependently will return to this hotel.
First time at a Next Level and very pleased with our stay. We were there 3 nights in late September. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the room was very comfortable. We had a room with a queen bed and a twin. We slept on the queen, which was very comfortable. The twin would have been perfect for a child or teen, but perhaps the mattress would not work for an adult. Another reviewer said their do not disturb was ignored - we had no trouble with that. And when we needed to resupply things housekeeping would have left, we got what we needed from the desk. We had avoided breakfast there because of the cost, but opted for it our last day and were very pleasantly surprised. Plenty of choices and good food. Would likely eat there more mornings if we return one day. I gave the location 4 stars because we like to stay a bit away from the main tourist areas when we travel, so this location may not be for everyone. This was about a 25-30 minute walk to the city center, which was perfect for us. We also took the metro when needed, which was clean and convenient. Would definitely stay here again if in Lisbon.
